I was born on February 29 in Yuma, Arizona, a true leap year baby! My birthday only comes once every four years, and I absolutely love it. February is my favorite month, and Valentine’s Day is my all-time favorite holiday. There’s just something about love, joy, and celebration that makes me light up.
I come from a big family five brothers and five sisters and moved to the Antelope Valley at a young age. Growing up here, I was all over the place. My childhood wasn’t easy; my parents weren’t the best of parents, and I spent my entire upbringing in foster care until I was emancipated at 18 years old. While not all foster experiences are positive, I was fortunate to encounter people who cared and helped shape me into the mother and woman I am today.
I became a mom at 19, welcoming my first child, and later had two more children at 27. Life also blessed me with three amazing bonus children, making our home full of love, laughter, and plenty of activity. The one thing I love most in life is being a mom. Nothing brings me more joy than raising my kids while running my own business as a real estate agent. I’m grateful that my career gives me the flexibility to be there for my children to cheer them on at every game, support them in every milestone, and fully embrace my role as a proud soccer and volleyball mom.
Over the years, I’ve worked in many roles, but my longest and most cherished career was as a Dental Business Manager for nearly 15 years. Dentistry was truly my passion I loved helping patients improve their smiles, ease their fears, and leave the office feeling confident. Not everyone enjoys going to the dentist, and I could relate to that, but it was so rewarding to change people’s experiences and put genuine smiles on their faces.
Eventually, I felt it was time for a new chapter. Today, I’m pursuing my career as a licensed Real Estate Agent. I love that, just like in dentistry, I get to help people but now, I’m helping them find not just confidence in their smile, but comfort and joy in a home. There’s nothing like seeing a family’s excitement when they get the keys to their dream house. My true passion is paying it forward helping others the way people once helped me.
Now, I live a beautiful life with my wonderful partner, raising our children, working hard, and staying committed to helping others build the life they’ve always dreamed of. My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s made me who I am and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Working with Rachel was the best decision we could have made as first-time homebuyers. She was patient, always available to answer our questions, and walked us through every step so we never felt overwhelmed. Rachel really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to help us find a home that fit our family perfectly. Her knowledge of the market and the area gave us so much confidence during the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are so grateful to have had Rachel on our side.
Rachel was amazing! I asked her a ton of questions probably more than most. and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or that any question was a dumb one. She always took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Buying a house felt huge and scary at first, but with Rachel it felt like I had someone in my corner the whole time. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.
